vice.city is a fan site. There are no accounts, no forms, no mailing list and nothing to buy, so there is very little to collect. This page says what does get collected and who sees it.
This site is operated by Kairu Media, established in England & Wales. For anything on this page, including a request to see or delete data, email [email protected].
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views and see which pages
people find useful. It sets cookies beginning _ga and records
your approximate location, derived from your IP address, along with basic
device and browser details. It runs on every page.
If you'd rather not be counted, any of these work: block cookies for this site in your browser, use your browser's tracking protection, or install Google's Analytics opt-out extension .
| Service | Why | What it sees |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 Google, operating globally | Traffic measurement | Page views, referrer, approximate location from IP, device and browser. Sets _ga cookies. |
| Railway Railway Corp., United States | Hosting | Serves the site. Standard server logs, which include IP addresses. |
| Cloudflare Cloudflare, Inc., United States | DNS and CDN | Sits in front of the site, caching and filtering requests. Sees IP addresses. |
| YouTube Google, operating globally | Video playback | Only after you click a video. Embeds use youtube-nocookie.com, so nothing is requested from YouTube until then. |
Hosting and CDN providers are in the United States, so request data reaches servers outside the UK and EEA.
Some tools keep state in your browser's local storage. This is not a cookie and is never sent anywhere — it stays on your device and you can clear it through your browser at any time.

Trailers are embedded from YouTube, but nothing is requested from YouTube
until you click play — the thumbnails are served from this site. Embeds use
youtube-nocookie.com. Once you press play, Google receives
your request and its own terms apply.
Under UK data protection law you can ask what data relates to you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to it being processed. Email [email protected] and we'll deal with it. In practice the only data held is analytics, which is aggregated and not tied to a name.
If you think we've handled something badly you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office .
If this page changes materially the date at the top changes with it. See also the terms.
